Golden Bear Builders, Inc.

Dan Jaeger moved to Telluride, Colorado in 1983. He built his first log home in 1986 and founded Golden Bear Builders soon after. Since then, Golden Bear has set the standard of excellence for log home construction in Telluride's rugged mountain region. In 1997, the company expanded to include the Chaparral Pines community and the Rim Club in Payson, Arizona and is now building custom log homes in both states.

Golden Bear uses only the finest building materials, from logs that are individually selected, hand-peeled and skillfully scribed, to the complimenting finishing touches such as: custom wood cabinets, natural stone work, hand-made tiles and a wide variety of floor styles. Because Golden Bear builds only log homes, you are assured the quality that results from specialization.
